R.S.V.P., GlideWrite or iZee?
R.S.V.P. is the classic: a clear or tinted barrel so you can see the ink, a latex-free grip and a 1.0mm medium tip (0.7mm fine on the original capped model). Choose capped R.S.V.P. pens for desks and counters, and R.S.V.P. RT for retractable pens that go into pockets. The RT white barrel is the one to pick for a full-color logo.
GlideWrite uses Pentel's TechniFLO low-viscosity ink, which writes closer to a gel pen while keeping ballpoint control. The basic GlideWrite has a white barrel with a choice of trim and matching ink colors; GlideWrite Signature and Executive add metal accents, and the Executive comes in a gift box. iZee and WOW are the lowest-priced Pentel ballpoints; WOW has a triangular barrel that does not roll off a table.
Imprint area: one color or full color
Every price includes the imprint. A one-color screen print usually covers about 1 1/2" to 2" wide on the barrel. The full-color imprint on R.S.V.P. RT, GlideWrite and similar white-barrel models prints 2" wide but only 3/10" tall, so a tall or square logo comes out smaller in full color than in one color. Send your logo with the quote request and we will tell you which works better.
Minimums and production
Most Pentel ballpoint pens start at 250 imprinted pieces; iZee starts at 300, GlideWrite Signature at 144 and GlideWrite Executive at 60. Most ship 7 business days after proof approval.
Frequently asked questions
Do R.S.V.P. pens come in blue ink?
