Custom Pentel Gel Pens

15 products

Pentel's EnerGel ink is a liquid gel that dries almost instantly, so it does not smear, even for left-handed writers. That is why EnerGel is the pen people keep after a trade show. BrandedItems is an authorized Pentel distributor, and every EnerGel model on this page is listed with its decorated price, minimum and imprint area, from the everyday EnerGel-X to the metal-barrel EnerGel Style.

Which EnerGel pen should you choose?

EnerGel-X is the volume pen: a retractable 0.7mm metal tip, a latex-free grip and a barrel made with recycled materials, in solid, pastel or white-barrel versions. Pick the white barrel if you want a full-color logo, because the solid and pastel barrels take a one-color imprint only. EnerGel-X also comes with a bold 1.0mm tip and a fine 0.5mm needle tip.

EnerGel RTX, Ice and Pearl are the step up, with metal accents and a heavier feel; the Pearl adds a white pearl barrel and full-color printing. EnerGel Pro uses permanent, archival pigment ink that is waterproof and fade-proof, which suits legal, medical and banking offices. GO is the lowest-priced EnerGel, and Kuro is a budget model that also takes a full-color imprint.

Gift-boxed EnerGel pens

EnerGel Alloy has an aluminum alloy barrel and comes in an individual clear gift box. EnerGel Style has a slim metal barrel with a twist mechanism and a velvet-lined gift box. Both start at lower minimums than the plastic models (from 60 or 120 pieces), so they work for client gifts and award programs.

Minimums, imprint and production

Most EnerGel models start at 250 imprinted pieces; EnerGel Pro starts at 144, Alloy at 120 and Style at 60. Every price includes a one-color imprint on the barrel, and models with a full-color option show both prices side by side. Most EnerGel pens ship 7 business days after proof approval. Blue ink can replace black on most models for a small added charge per pen, shown on each product page.

Frequently asked questions

Does EnerGel ink smear?

EnerGel ink dries very quickly, which is why Pentel markets it to left-handed writers. It is still a liquid gel, so very glossy paper takes a moment longer to dry than copy paper.

Can I buy EnerGel refills here?

No. We sell new imprinted pens in quantity only. EnerGel refills are sold by office supply retailers.
